As a truly independent design organisation, TCDI is able to analyse, assess and advise clients on many obligations including Legislation, EU, British Standards, CDM, Quality, Health and Safety.
In addition to statutory design requirements TCDI also has experienced staff that can undertake the requirements of Acoustics, Ergonomics, EMC, System Coverage, Power Consumption and Air Conditioning requirements.
TCDI designers are experienced with rail Industry standards such as RSSB Group, Network and London Underground Limited Chief Engineering Standards. TCDI also has experience with RIBA & GRIP.

iNTERGRATION
System integration is our speciality form simple solutions such a combined VSS and Help Points systems working together providing simultaneous picture and sound at a single monitoring point, to fully integrated management solutions providing operators with full function GUI maps with active icons, fault monitoring, alarm management and automated time tabled actions.
TCDI can integrate and synchronise all systems together providing a single point interface for managing and controlling multiple systems from a single terminal or multiple remote locations.
WORKING PRACTICES
With an experienced, trained, competent and qualified work force, TCDI provides a professional service from conceptual design, through site surveying, design, dilapidation, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. TCDI also provides comprehensive as-built documentation and training services. With current legislative requirements, you can be assured that TCDI provides adequate protection to their clients by ensuring that the workforce and management are trained to the highest levels of Health & Safety requirements. The workforce are also issued with site specific safe working systems (Method Statements or Work Package Plans), these documents provide detailed site information on local hazard and risk, they as a minimum contain a hazard risk assessment, COSHH assessment, environmental controls, welfare facilities, levels of PPE, level of staff competence, and adequate plant/material to protect staff, client and public alike. TCDI provides the highest level of quality installation in the industry on time, on budget and to our customers satisfaction.
